One of my friends acted like a complete bitch to me on my birthday while the day before she was fine?

The day before was her birthday but she acted really cool with me and we got along just fine with my regular antics and all. The next day she acts like a complete bitch and won’t tolerate any of my antics, which aren’t outrageous at all. What’s up with that? The thing is she may know that I’m in love with her. Help please.
