S Is mixing different types of protein shakes in one bottle good?
I wanna know if mixing whey protein (like optimum 100% whey), casein & albumin (like Universal milk & Egg protein) and soya drink in a blender a good idea? I mean can we get the benefit of the fast, medium and slow acting proteins in one bottle?
Yes, I mix whey and casein. Theres a study I read in my bodybuilding magazine that showed a whey/casein mix postworkout resulted in slightly larger gains.
