What legal action (acting Pro Se) can I take to force ex-huband to reveal what he is paying his attorney?

Ex-husband claims to earn below minimum wage yet has expensive attorney. I filed a Notice to Produce, response was that the Attorney’s fees & source of funds used to pay him were ‘Confidential’. Can he do this? Is full financial disclosure not mandatory for both parties in a Modification of Child Support scenario?

Yes he can. Fees are not relative to the case unless he is requesting you to pay his fees. Only a subpoena will get the information you want, and you don’t have grounds to request them.
